As a Neurographica Specialist, I am constantly delighted (and sometimes surprised) at how powerful it can be to lead someone through this transformative drawing process. I have gone through it many times myself, and can say from experience that engaging with the neurographica technique accesses mind, body and spirit in ways I have rarely come across elsewhere, and that it gets results. In other words, it works.
About Neurographica
Neurographica is a powerful and transformative drawing technique developed by Pavel Piskarov, which is gaining increasing recognition across the world. One of the underlying principles is that when we draw we create connections between the neurons in our brains, making new - healthier - connections, as we draw. This is intentional neuroplasticity in action influencing, to my mind, not only the capacity to create new neuronal connections in our brains, but beyond that too, accessing and creating new connections and insights in the mind, body and spirit as we draw.
Booking a Session
There are a few ways in which to choose how to work with me taking you through hand guiding you in this process:

A single 90 minute session in which I guide you through a process specifically designed to release any blocks or limitations currently in your life. ​

A single 3-hour session, during which I guide you through a more complex drawing process, tailored to what you would like to explore, clarify, heal or otherwise address.​

A series of 3 or 5 sessions, which gives us the time and space to explore, heal and explore at a deeper level, and the flexibility to integrate energy/healing work if that is desired and would be helpful to you.
Whichever type of session or package you choose, you'll have the opportunity to discuss what you would like to explore/address beforehand on a 15-minute zoom call.

Sessions
90-minutes session to release blocks or limitations - £90
A session in which we focus on a specific area of your life where you would like to release any emotional or mental blocks. This can also be effective in some cases in alleviating physical symptoms, though this should not be considered as a replacement for medical attention.
3-hour session in which we take a deep dive into any area of your life you would like to explore and address or heal - £180
Please take advantage of the free 15-minute zoom call do discuss whether this would be helpful to you, and to allow me to custom design hour session for you ahead of time (including choosing the most appropriate drawing for you).
3 or 5 session package - £360-£500
A series of sessions gives you the opportunity to examine different aspects of an area of your life you would like to explore, understand better, heal and/or address in any other way.
Bottom line, all my work is intended to help you step further in to the most empowered, sovereign aspects of yourself. Sometimes a single session will be enough for what you want at any given time, sometimes more might be more effective or appropriate.
